Kate's App is a tool created to support health caregivers and the people they care for.

Kate's App let's you share and coordinate health information, and to do it securely and efficiently, with attention to privacy, user permissions, and collaboration.

Who would use it? With Kate's App:

• Families supporting loved ones with severe or chronic conditions can coordinate their help.

• Notifications: Keep up to date. Kate's App will automatically notify you whenever records are created or changed, or when any user leaves a note, or when records are uploaded.
