Kate's App is a service created to help family caregivers and family members coordinate and manage medical information securely.

Kate's App is not a health care service. IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The information presented on this Website does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before making any changes to your healthcare plan or medications. Your use of information and materials on this Service is entirely at your own risk. Kate's App shall not be liable for any outcome resulting from your use of this Service. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this Service meet your specific requirements.
