Kate's App is a service created to help family medical caregivers and family members coordinate and manage medical information securely.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not applicable, the parties agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
